Please call 15 minutes before your arrival at the terminal on 0208 759 0243
Once you have notified our office of your arrival at Heathrow, We will confirm where your vehicle is located. (Should you have a preferred meeting location, please advise).
Please exit the building and take the
Short Stay Car Park Lifts to
Level 5. Your vehicle will be waiting on the outside lane at the end, in our ‘
Permit Section’.
Alternatively, we can meet on
Level 4 of the
Short Stay Car Park. Our parking sections are in
Rows R or S.
As you exit the arrival hall, enter the Lift in the
Short Stay Car Park, and go straight to the top level. Your vehicle will be waiting on the top level in the back
lane - furthest away from the terminal building.
This will be the same place we collected your vehicle at
Departures - Passenger Drop Off.
Once you come through arrivals, exit the building on your right hand side. Please exit the building on the same level and
you will see the numerous lanes outside. Your vehicle will be waiting in one of these lanes.

Please exit the building and enter the
Short Stay Car Park Lifts. Please take the lift to the top level. Your vehicle will be waiting outside in the
furthest lane away from the Terminal Building.
